Working in both North East since 2008 as well as our Churchville-Bel Air location, Chris' experience includes financial services, life, health, commercial, auto, & home insurance. Chris achieved an insurance designation from The American College and is a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. Chris holds a Masters Degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors degree from Towson University. Chris is a lifetime Maryland resident and is licensed in MD,DE,&PA.

Lindsey grew up in Alabama, went to college in Florida, and then moved to Maryland with her husband. She started as an intern at Karen Michaels State Farm in 2018 and quickly discovered that she loves helping people with insurance.Lindsey is licensed across MD, DE, and PA in Property and Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance.

Tracie has worked for Karen Michaels State Farm since 2008. Her experience and insurance knowledge is extensive and she is always ready to help our customers and our team in whatever way she can. She works remotely for our offices and is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance in MD, DE, and PA.

Laurielle grew up in Baltimore City, MD, and graduated from The Patterson Business & Finance Academy in 1997. She's been a State Farm team member since 1997 and is a long time resident of Harford County. Laurielle is one of our lead customer service team members and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Keara was born and raised in Cecil County and has worked for Karen Michaels State Farm since 2016. She is one of our lead customer service team members and has extensive insurance knowledge. Keara is always ready to help problem solve for our customers and is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance in MD, DE, and PA.

Dave is a Maryland resident and has worked for Karen Michaels State Farm since 2022 on out customer service team. Alliyah was born and raised in Elkton, MD, and has worked for Karen Michaels State Farm since 2020. She loves assisting customers with their insurance needs. With experience in many areas in our office, Alliyah now serves as the office manager for our Churchville location.
